Pastor Tom has served Grand View since 2009. He is passionate about growing the influence of Jesus in the world, especially in the Dubuque area and Nigeria. He loves to ride his Harley, garden, camp, fish, and cook.

Pastor Crystal has been our Campus Pastor at Wesley and Center Grove for 3 years. The people of these congregations love having Pastor Crystal, and the feeling is mutual! She loves being able to lead the people of Wesley and Center Grove closer to God.

Brandi has been at Grand View for 21 years and has been serving as Director of our Child Development Ministry for over 10 years. Brandi is well loved by both the children and parents she works with, and she loves being able to serve God through helping children grow!

Alec is a musician, techno geek, and Christ follower. He loves to see the Church body come together to worship God and to provide support for each other. His greatest joy is seeing people of all ages find their unique way of being part of God's work. Alec has been on staff for 11 years, is a life-long Iowa boy, and loves cooking.

Melissa handles the church finances and oversees donation management, accounts payable, and works with the Damka Matters mission team in Dubuque and Nigeria. She is also in charge of all Member Care needs at Grand View, including Member Care Ministries, prayer requests, and anything else member care related.

Chantal has been on the Grand View staff for almost a year now. She handles everything communications and marketing related, including social media, newsletters, advertising and more!

Sydney is a long-time member at one of our campuses, Wesley, and a huge help here in the Grand View office! Sydney does a variety of administrative work, however her main focus is in leading the children of the church in their journey of loving God.

Shelley has been on staff at Grand View for 10 years. She is easy to get along with, great to work with, and keeps the Grand View building clean and safe for our church and students.

Joelle is a Junior at East Dubuque High School and our Summer Ministry Intern.
